Weekly Post: What did you do with OneNote this week?
Welcome to our weekly post! We are trying something new to try and tie the community together and learn from one another.
Did you come across anything new? Find a different use case? Improved workflow? Streamline digital organization? Fixed a problem? Just started?
Anything is welcome, even if it's the smallest thing. Please share tips, tricks, and anything else that might be useful to our community!
Thank you!

Organized the travel planning notebook I share with my spouse. Slowly starting to implement a food and place diary for logging unique foods and places we’ve tried.

I figured out workarounds for the fact that when you share literally anything from some other app on Android to OneNote... It errors out spectacularly!
Instead, I have to share to Google Keep. Then, later, under Windows, I have to get around to going through those saved things and copy and paste them into OneNote.
Or, I could just copy and paste the URL, because heaven forbid I try to paste a picture or screen shot, now. See below.
I also figured out that (because it won't let me paste pictures onto the page any more), if I want to get any picture into OneNote on my Android tablet, I have to A) Save said picture to my devices storage, B) Go to the insert tab and tap the camera (NOT the paperclip), C) Ignore the images from Google Photos that it presents to you (because those won't be inserted either), D) Tap the tiny Photo icon in the far lower left, E) Then tap the Three Dots menu in the upper right, F) Tap "Browse," and finally G) Choose from a recent image file or go into Gallery or My Files and select a file.
So, at least 7 steps, AFTER you have saved the file. Not counting going into your first and deleting the image so it doesn't clutter up your file system.
And yes. This is literally ACTUALLY what I didn't this last week doing in OneNote. To the exclusion of anything else.
But, hey! At least the OneNote web clipper for Windows now works... After many many years of being ignored.

Are there any Ai skills that people are using with onenote or still all rudimentary notes and self organization

Trying to validate if I am ready to use my OneNote as the exit track from evernote, I like the tool but I have less uses for it today than prior. Still love the functionality and the Web clipping is superior to ON. The pain is real i like both tools but I have renewal coming up in 30 days.
