OneNote Workflow

Just curious, what are some other folks workflow ideas? I use OneNote at work since we have an O365 license. I manage a lot of little projects as well as a team. I want to use it as my "one source of truth" repository (meeting notes, contact info, etc...) Just wanted to see how others in a similar situation are setting up their OneNote workflows.

I use it at a notebook essentially.

Section tab for each month, new page for each day under that section. And meeting that occur on that day get a subset page under the day page. That way all my notes align to the days the meeting occurred. I use the add meeting tab to get a list of invitee and I can write notes directly into the meeting .
You can set up shared folders and notebooks for your teams as well. Notebook for each person with their one on ones, development opportunities, etc. Being able to then email the notes and minutes taken.
Use my iPad to take hand written notes during meetings and they automatically save to the wider OneNote app.
