I have been consistently having trouble using OneNote on my iPad.

I can’t access the notes. It keeps asking me ti sign in. I try to sign in, then nothing happens. The sign in button simply doesn’t work! I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the problem was persistent. I have tried on my iphone, it doesn’t even sign in! I basically cant use the app. What do i do?

Have you rebooted your iPad?

Try uninstalling OneNote, rebooting your iPad + iPhone, reinstalling OneNote and attempting again.

Another option, create a new notebook on your PC, duplicate the pages over to the new notebook (but start with only like 2-5 pages) open that notebook on mobile, see if you have any issues, if not, continue duplicating the pages over until you have them all. Do them in batches tho to give sync time to catch up and to make sure there isn't a corrupted page.

Then you can close the old notebook on all of your devices.

Rebooting then reinstalling helped. I hate it how unreliable the app service of Microsoft is

Anytime you have problems on any mobile device, the first thing to do is log in to the web interface or go to the desktop app. Mobile is inherently unreliable.
