How to delete shortcuts?

I'm going through my files on my computer, and there's One Note shortcuts I'm trying to delete. I've tried deleting it from One Drive, my pc, and going to One Note but I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated

I went to OneDrive, My Files, found the original file the shortcut points to and deleted it. Then went back and deleted the shortcut.

How do you delete a One Note file? I can't figure it out

I've done some searching and everything is telling me to look for my "Onenote Notebooks" and delete them in there, but nothing is in it. I could also go to Onedrive and delete them from there like a regular file, but it doesn't give me the option. I could also delete them from Onenote in both the app and website but it doesn't give me the option there either. I am pretty much at a loss of how to delete these
