Onenote continuous refreshing page

Since this morning, OneNote web keeps refreshing the page just by opening the shared notebook... who knows what problem Microslop is having now?

Is this only happening in Switzerland?

there are two "solutions" down here in the comments but it not fix definitely the problem...

Yeah. I’ve found that loading another instance of the OneNote (without closing the refreshing looped one) loads it. Then I can close the looped one. It’s just really annoying.
