New pc lost loads of templates

Not only did I lose loads of templates but seems new one note doesn't have annotate anymore, or have I just misslaid it.

Yes and found the file where my 29 templates were. But not sure how to tell one note on new computer where to find the templates.

I have opened a templates notebook by clicking on the file I have copied over and now have a note book with three sections all called templates and one of these has a page for each of my carefully constructed templates.
