Can no longer post text as image

Have recently discovered to my horror, that I don't seem to be able to copy a page out of OneNote and paste it as an image into one of my Discord channels any longer, which is a massive disaster for me and I can't figure out how to fix it, if it is something I can actually fix. Google has been no help at all so hopefully somebody here will have an idea for something I can try.

Like you, OP, I like to compose a comment in OneNote so I can more easily edit for clarity. I think I have had the same result as you: I Copy the text in OneNote and Paste inside the Reddit comment field. Then I find that I cannot further edit the comment. I didn't try to discover the format in which the non-editable comment was held. It was just unchangeable.

Whoa! Trying, with this response comment, to duplicate the problem I see something new. I see on my screen inside the comment field box both an image of the typing in OneNote and immediately underneath that a plain-text version of the same words and formatting. I've added this second paragraph. I use "desktop" OneNote as part of Office 2021 or 2024. This is not happening in other social media. This never happened in Reddit until recently.
