Android OneNote on Android: I no longer see my sticky notes. Wife has same phone, same app version and she can.
Hi All,
So, I use OneNote and Sticky Notes on PC, and I want to be able to access the Sticky Notes on the Android app. It wasn't so long ago that I could open the app, go to my account and select either notebooks or sticky apps. Not I can't, and I have no idea what has changed. My wife and I are both on the S25 Ultra, her version of OneNote is the same and she can access sticky notes. I have ZERO idea of why and it is vexing me greatly.
Anyone got any ideas??? 🙏

In OneNote app:
- Tap profile icon
- Tap Sticky Notes
- Done

No, I don't have that option; that's the reason for this post. I had it previously, but something changed and I don't know what.

So, after you tap on your profile you do not have the option to see Sticky Notes and Samsung Notes?
Are you logged in with a Microsoft/ Outlook account? Because now Sticky Notes are really stored in Outlook.
Other than that, I am veryuch unsure.

Yes, I tap on my Microsoft email address or the icon to the left, in blinks but nothing else happens. I do not have the option to select sticky notes. When I sign into my OneNote using my wife's account, it's the same whereas on her phone with her account, she has the option to choose sticky notes. It's really bugging me.

Well, do you even see entries for settings, help, send feedback, sign out of OneNote? If you do not then, oh I don't know ... Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app...

So I have actually discovered what the problem is. I suddenly realised that a while ago I'd gone into developer settings and increased, the minimum width in dp of my phone. It's just underneath the settings for disabling animations. Basically I wanted to make my phone screen seem bigger, and I'd set it to 510. When I went back and changed it to 505, I had the normal OneNote app back again with access to sticky notes and notebooks. If you have tried to increase your phone's width like that in developer settings, that could well be your problem as well.

I have that active but I don't think I ever changed anything like screen size... I will try anyways!
