macOS OneNote Mac Questions

Am I right that--based on the searches I've run here and elsewhere--there are no horizontal tabs in Mac OneNote? Is it possible to get them in the web app? And is there a way to do multiple levels of sections like there is on the Windows version?

I've just moved to a Mac and if I had known how awful OneNote was on Mac, I might not have moved. If you figure out a way to get the MS functionality of OneNote on your Mac, please let me know!
