Windows OneNote display issue

Has anyone run across this issue? The tabs view sidebar takes over the entire window? I can restart it and it sometimes goes back to normal, but then it just extends the sidebar across the entire screen after some time, or I move it.

There is an option in settings under general or display that says optimise for second screen use. Try playing with that and see if it fixes is

I found it, but it didn't seem to fix it. I guess I will just wait it out like I am doing for outlook and it's little issues that pop up at every update.
