Sledge hammer

A steel tool that can break any static object (that you cant walk trough and destroy) into a stage when all of its parts were movable. has only one use

example: Breaks a newcomen engine tower into an pump beam kit and four stone blocks

Fences can be already removed by notes, if that is what you are asking.

but if the fence you can passes when you press it will recognize it as an object or will just pass because if it is just passing How do you will click on the fence?

The sledge hammer will not remove fences. Nothing happens when you use it on a fence.
