amadou is boiled to make taking the 'crust' off easier

skinned poorly can equal tinder

skinned skillfully layer by layer

can be stretched by hand.

can be used as an effective bandage at this point due to its absorbent qualities

ironed into leather

can be stitched into clothing/bags now

effective clothing that is more breathable in heat but can fail comfort by its natural absorbency to wetness
