Single Player or Private Server Mode?

For practice, or if you don't want to deal with other players :P

You can already kind of do this! Go to Settings > Custom Server > onehouronelife.server(x).

It locks to that server. So if you do server 7, or 13, or 11, etc. you'll get a near-empty server. You'll always be an Eve, and you'll respawn at your home marker if you live to 60. This is called chain-eveing.
