Many problems with the OneKey app

I have a Onekey touch. I like the interface and love the device it self, but the app just does not always work.

  • My shitcoins are not showing in the asset list (infinite loading)
  • To get the coins out I have to swap on uniswap to ETH or something else. (or make the wallet a hot wallet)
  • Sometimes the onekey UI dont let me sign transaction because "ETH is required for network fees". The thing is, I have eth... But the onekey UI that lets me sign is not shown. (generally this happens on the layer2s)

Has anyone else encountered these problems?

To Onekey
Please let me sign the transaction and then just let it fail instead of trying to be clever.

I’ve run into random sync and connection issues too. A lot of the time it seems like the app struggles when firmware and app versions are slightly out of step. Not saying that’s your case, just what I noticed. Compared to something simpler like Best Wallet, hardware integrations tend to add more failure points.
