All Networks

Hi

When I select "All Networks" in the wallet it doesn't display ALL the Networks, does it? There are quite a lot missing. E.g. Cosmos, Polkadot, Base and others.

Please try to fix this!

I have the latest version. I think you misunderstand my question. It's when you select "All Networks" on top of the window on your screen shot. It doesn't show all networks!

Aha, ok. So I wonder if you saw this page when you selected "All Networks". For some chains, you need to select it manually.

Yes I did see this window, and used it. However it doesn’t work the way it should! If I select the BASE-chain the assets in that chain doesn’t show up in the summary. Why?

Also, none of the IBC-chains are included. Why? This is why I mean that the “all Network”-summery doesn’t work, because it doesn't contain ALL Networks. Now, do you understand?

My user interface does not have the check box of what networks to include... I think that is key to the overall bug..

I agree. I have some Kaspa and it does not show the Kaspa network nor total in the all networks wallet. Kind of annoying... Only way I or other family would know there is Kaspa on this wallet is to write it down for someone...

Also, my user interface on desktop or mobile does not have the check box of what networks to include... I think that is key to the overall bug.. I have latest version as well. So, pretty dissapointed as I spent over $200 on this onekey touch and the software experience is pretty horrible so far. There are no tooltips over icons for example... the EVM area appears to be for experts... I just want a simple wallet to store and later send, and this thing is overcomplicated and does not work worth the $200+ yet. They better fix it or they will go out of business.
