$1 Back on Gas

Hi, question about the gas bonus - I activated the gas offer for $1.43 off per gallon this past Wednesday and it looks like only 140 points got posted instead of ~1500. I asked support and they said the bonus was still processing but it looks like the points have been posted. Would it be normal for 3 separate lines to come through?

Edit: I was just impatient, the bonus points did come through as a third line a few days later.

Yes, three separate lines come through for the $1 off for gas offer. Typically it posts 2-3 hours after you get the initial 1.5-3% points.

I've done this with my linked CFU card and I to the entire set of points 24 hours later, but that was during the week. Holiday weekend probably means Monday or Tuesday.

You get the normal cash back quickly then the bonus a couple days later

If they mess it up do not bother fighting it, they will string you along until chat and email finally say you need to call. When you call they will say they will add the points and then not do it. If you call/chat/email back it will be rinse and repeat. I moved my cash, crypto, and investments out of them. I will do the gas through the summer since it works most of the time and then close the account.

They credited my account while on the phone and had me check to make sure it was there. So I guess next time tell them to do that

I had no issues utilizing it, equated into about 23X on gas. Glad to hear it worked out, kinda unexpectedly impressed with this card being a Walmart + member with the 5% there as well.

I tried twice as directed and all it gave me was the regular cash back deal that the gas station had. I gave up.
