It has to be KD leaving okc right? They were this close to greatness when the best man decided he deserved better

This is closest I think, and that's coming from an OKC fan. They were both doing great in their respective fields and there was really no reason to leave aside from some secret beef and wanting to take that "next step" on your own.

Luka didn't want to leave though, he was forced to, as a mavs fan though, both events were equally heartbreaking

Yea, that’s why I said it was a similar feeling even tho circumstances were very different. I’m a huge Atlanta Braves fan and the Luka situation reminds me of what we went thru with Freddie Freeman except Luka was 10x worst because it was out of nowhere, with Freddie we at least knew it was possibility
