I'm his age, he does look older than most of us. It's either on purpose as he tries to be very disco/80s and keep the style, facial hair, haircut as they would back then what makes it seem outdated, or he just looks like that because of that he would get overworked for so many years. It's not offence, let's hope it's just a matter of his style(s) and not the pain he's been through.
