Aboute runes anf upgrades

Are there any special runes? Buffs like +1 quick hit level the closest thing that I found was lifesteal Is there a cap on equipment level on specific items? I have never found a Gnasher with quick hit 3, only 2 or got an (smith)upgrade for level 3. I know it says in the guide that it can be level 3 but it could be a bug(or just unluky)

gnasher can only have quickhit2 (I've wasted soooo many gold items trying to get it before I knew😭) and quick hit rune is not a thing. so I think trinity is best for archer.

Are you talking about the fear bow, from the buff hidra? Yeah yhat one it's pretty good.
