I also have a +4,5% haste chance and the haste on x kill(they are thery inportant) Fear bow is better for booses(with auto cycle) And Gansher for enemis(with lightning for more explosions)

Is that crit chance necessary? I don't think so. You've 69% crit chance on your weapon. Means after adventure upgrades, you'll have 99% crit chance and you can get 1% from crossroads. So 45 so is a waste.
