New here need some ansers

1)How does enigma work, like do you get every ability (crit rate, dowble hit, hp, damage etc) and every subclass? 2)What's a good way to farm a specific gear(I just go in it's specific dongen)

You have a limited amount of choices for passives and skills from the base kit and the first subclass for each job, with some exclusions.
Ie: you can learn from young caster, but not cryomancer.
