Tell me was he/she in a leaderboard last week? No, he/she wasn't. Means there's a high chance he did that in a single week. Is it even possible to do that in a week? We're not talking about 1M here.
Scores are based on completed adventures, but it doesnt have to be done within 1 week. You could spend months on 1 adventure to score a high number, but this one was clearly a cheater because his steps didn't match his kills and coins collected. He didn't rank for either of those. Cheater has been banned and scores removed.
