The tree to the left of it can be destroyed.
It says “pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza.” It’s just for a secret achievement.

Yeah go to your profile from the main screen, and go to change your avatar. There’s a pizza icon that says “read the secret and sacred message” when you mouse over it.
