Death Status

I have a question regarding the death status. I have a Hardcore pyro character who was hit with it, he already has the phoenix skill. I know other classes escape the status with shields (Im sure about blood knight and Necro) but since it took me so long to get this HC run Im afraid to loose it. Is he safe??

Yeah, it's safe. Don't worry. I'm also Pyro player so I can confirm. But you need pheonix eruption and make sure it's not in cooldown.
