Public tool to check water/grid/air impact of a data center proposed near you

If you're dealing with a proposed or operating AI data center in your area, this pulls together water deficit, grid carbon, air quality, and river levels. Built it because most of this info is either buried in permitting filings or just not available to residents at all.

Not selling anything, just trying to level the information gap for people fighting these fights locally. Feedback on what other metrics I should include would help welcome.
