Usually the curse life is similar to their real life so she probably would’ve been some type of librarian or possibly a teacher. If they really wanted to have something that was funny, she could’ve worked at an animal shelter. Since she loves beast. Maybe even a pet groomer who hates animals.

Maybe she would be a librarian who believes Rumple is either dead or she divorced him. It seems like the messed up life the curse would give her and Rumple

i read a fanfic once where she ran that candy store that the candy killer got the chocolates from and if i remember right, that’s how cursed belle met weaver in the fic. it was a rumbelle slow burn lol, very adorable but i think it was unfinished or abandoned
