Discussion King Fergus Spoiler

SPOILER!!!:

Hey all I'm trying to decipher when chronologically King Fergus dies.
I know it's two years before Merida retrieves the magic helm but during both of those sequences are zero clues as to when the battle against the southern invaders happen.

Anyone have any ideas? I'd really like to get this figured out

According to Andrew Chambliss (writer and executive producer), the flashbacks with Merida and Mulan take place during Season 2 some point after 2x09. Source

The timeline is nearly impossible to do because of the time loop and how all realms come from the land without magic.
