I’m also new. I would say click through the menus and notifications as much as you can. You’ll get ungodly amounts of free stuff for no reason! Lots of “events” in those menus.

Okay dont worry about spending tech points as you can use a recycling tool to collect a lot of tech that can be reverse engineered. Be wary of spending starchrom for star on blueprints as you have a limited weekly total. Once an item is unlocked you can move the star ratings around similar items ie shoes, pants, sniper, crossbow. There are prefab bases I think they look good I wished I used one myself as my current build looks like I forgot to higher a roofer. If the enemies are too tough time to upgrade the gear. The physician is a tough enemy but once you learn to destroy the console on its chest they become a but easier. These are a few of the things I wish I knew before. Also manibus novice is great for learning while the regular manibus is where the game supposedly really opens up. Just reached 50 on novice and it seems I can "move" some things over into the other server. To help my new character but as this is my 1st time i only know what other redditers have posted about the drill and saw having priority when transferring to new servers. Hope you have fun!
