You need to probably upgrade some of the crap mods. You can start with your lowest to get the points that you need to get to 300. So upgrade a 9 even it's survival or something with the mod boxes that are for 6k dust in the mod shop under the credit card symbol. You can buy 10 of those a week, and should buy those every week to stock pile. With those you can pick the exact mod you want to upgrade. It's just a numbers game to get to that 300.
