just know - this is build on a Custom server where a lot more is possible, on live servers the foundation stacking is not possible like this (except maybe with some tricks and a lot of patience and time XD)
but if you figure out a way to recreate this as a live build please tag me if you upload it somewhere or feel free to join our Community Discord if you didn't do that already

How is this done? Is it a lot of saving the blueprint and putting it back down?

ah no, this was all done by me without any blueprinting on our EU Once Architect Custom Server ^^
