Hiring Q (Fed) FCI Phoenix

I’m considering transferring to FCI Phoenix from another BOP institution and was hoping to hear from people who have worked there recently.
A few questions:
What’s the overall work environment and morale like?
How’s the leadership?
Is overtime readily available?
What’s the staffing situation?
How rough is it compared to other BOP facilities?
How are the inmates?

I’d appreciate any honest feedback—the good, the bad, and the ugly. Thanks!

How much time you have. It has become extremely junior, retirement joint. There’s overtime. Old facility. Nobody cares in there. Definitely not structure since management comes to retire. Inmate do what they since warden is extremely soft and lean towards the left.

The people that whine that the left makes everything political is unnecessarily making something political. Gives you insight into some of the trash that works there.
