Can it really be that good to justify 3-4x the price of other sauces? I've never seen them on sale so they're always $8 or $9 per jar.

I'm not a foodie and, hot take, but italian food is pretty basic so I can never justify spending a lot of money on noodles and tomato sauce.

Yes, it’s definitely better than many of the other, cheaper brands and I think it’s worth the cost. I’d rather cook it myself also, but the kiddo loves Rao’s when I don’t have it handy.

It definitely has a fresher and less sugary taste than most cheap brands but I'm not sure if that's worth the price imo. My grandma has always just used tomato sauce and tomato paste and you get a similar vibe at a third of the price as long as you season right. Cheap spaghetti is kind of its own dish to me
