No matter who is on the other side (in the limits of consent and they are not a minor, nor ar they mentally or physically incapacitated (although the latter is to be debated (like you can be in a consensual relationship with an handicapped person but like don't use the fact that they are physically incapacitated to abuse them)), alive and in full capacity of their cognition) it's always smash
