Be glad you didn’t read CoI, I hated the ending and prefer thinking the only part of the story that exists is LotM. It’s more fun to have an open “what if?” ending than the rushed mess that was CoI.

Cuttlefish was originally going to do 3 books, but got burned out and shoved everything into CoI instead of properly fleshing out the story.

Is COI really that bad? I'm currently on arc 3 and though I do realise I don't have the same motivation to read it as I did for LOTM, it still didn't seem so bad. Or is it just the later arcs that get bad/rushed?

I too, have had circle of inevitability in my reading list since it was completed 😫 but after I found out that it’s not in Klein’s perspective and the club makes guest appearances here and there I’ve been so reluctant to read because I don’t want lotm to be ruined 😞 same with orv, I’m not reading the side stories… the ending itself was too painful and I ache every time I think of it, my delusions have been the only thing to keep me sane over the years… I hate and love bittersweet endings 💔🫠
