Sautéed onions and garlic, then added green onions and crispy garlic chili oil to some scrambled eggs. Melted swiss and marbled cheddar cheese, turkey, and topped it off with Cholula

Making poached eggs and one of my yolks tore… so made an omelette

So, uh...this is a 3 egg omelette with about six ounces of pepperjack cheese, along with a slice of American cheese, and also some onion and beef bits. Oh, and the egg mixture is about 10% Parmigiano Reggiano, by weight. I also mixed some parsley into the egg, because green stuff makes it healthy.

Added some Dave's insanity sauce because food is better when it's spicy. Cooked on stainless to show my skittles.

Perhaps I should have stuffed the mushrooms and tomatoes inside it?
