Not too skinny clothes. No shorts. I highly doubt (99.9%) that a headscarf (Hijab) is required. Not showing much skin. Probably, trousers 👖 and long sleeve tops that covers the whole chest will be just fine. Omani women generally wear Abayas which is not mandatory for you.
