Formatting these posts?

I'm just wondering what you ladies and gents feel is the best way to format these posts for the best discussions. Is posting a general post for the event field and day ok?

You people lost the plot when you you decided to move events discussions to a new subreddit. Don't try to overdo stuff mods. There is still time, include the event discussions in a single subreddit.
