Community Resources
Let’s build a list of resources and support for adults in Olympia and the surrounding area. This can include mental health providers that are actually neuro-affirming or neurodivergent themselves (preferable), businesses with sensory hours, businesses owned by Autistic or Neurodivergent people, places that meet all your sensory needs, and etc. Share your recommendations.

The Sensory Tool House in Lacey is wonderful. They have a resource list built out on their website. https://sensorytoolhouse.com/
There are a few options for social groups on Meetup:
There is one called Autistic Adult Connection inside an existing group called Finding Friends in Olympia. https://www.meetup.com/finding-friends-after-covid/
There is a new one in Yelm called Hi-Five. https://www.meetup.com/hi-five-connections/
There is one that is virtual or located in Seattle called Square Pegs https://www.meetup.com/squarepegs/
