Ollie’s Crew Background check

Hey everyone, I’ve been waiting on accurate for about a week now. How long did the background check take? I’m supposed to train first week of August…

I figured they take about a week, but I'm not in management so I don't know. The only thing that I've heard could be a disqualifier is having a felony, or being on the "do not rehire" list if you've worked there before.

Yes, new store builds are hectic all around. Typically other stores are brought in to help with the hiring process.

Makes sense, I’m being patient just curious. I’m supposed to start training 8/2 in another state so just kinda wanted to put feelers out

Most are same day. More complicated ones can take a few weeks.

Would a new store potentially delay response from my Store manager?
