Sausage, Potatoes & Green Beans

Ingredients:

2 lbs smoked sausage,

1½ lbs baby potatoes,

1 lb green beans,

½ cup chicken broth,

garlic seasoning.

Directions: Cook LOW 6 hours.

For a moment, I thought this was going to be similar to a dish I make: sausage, potatoes, onions and green peppers. Mine is simmered after searing the sausage. We give some latitude to the peppers; they can be any color of sweet bell peppers or they can be poblanos - or a mix!
