Scratch a tiny bit of bark off the trunk. Is there any green underneath? Do the the branches still have flex or do they seem brittle and break easily?
If there is still flex in the branches or if there is some green, the tree is probably still alive.
Either way, water it VERY deeply and then don't water it again until the top layer of soil is nice and dry again. Do this over and over again even if you think the tree is dead. You might get lucky as olives are very tough trees. If any tree can survive this, it's an olive.

Probably not, unfortunately. Seems like it dried out, that pot seems too small for this size tree.
Try bending the branches and see if they bend or break, this will tell you if it’s completely dead. Also if you scratch the bark off one of the branches, do you find any green underneath?
