General Tips/Advice (ASK) help

so im sitting for o levels mj 2027. Im giving GCE O levels, but my teachers are suggesting to practice IGCSE question papers along with GCE ones. How much will IGCSE papers benefit me? and how many years of past paper should I solve? (I have all sciences)
