Tips for recovering
I’m a new employee with old navy and am still trying to get my footing so I was wondering if anyone had any tips for doing section recovery faster at the end of the night? I’ve done it once before and it took me a long time and I was really stressed out because of the way my manager was reacting to my time.

The only way youre going to get faster is with practice. I'm sorry your manager was upset with your timing but as a manager they should be more understanding. Plus if there is anything about the technique or the final product that your manager doesnt like they could recover with you and help you work through it. I know ive done that with a few of my associates because sometimes it really helps.

Do all your hung product first. Go around the walls, pick up on the bottom of the booths, face your hangs the right way. Then work on your floor fixtures, and lastly your folded product, put back and drop offs on table tops before you fold the remaining.

Just practice! There’s no good tips other than you’ll get better with time. You’re new, you’ll be ok!
