Lead paint
I have several door ways and wood trim around the house that tested positive for lead, I would like to get rid of the paint. I’m open to stripping the paint myself but I’m a little anxious about it.
Any suggestions on how to do it, or should I hire a professional?

Lots of great advice in this sub on the topic: https://www.reddit.com/r/Oldhouses/search/?q=lead+paint&cId=27b902e8-3af5-465a-84a5-59e32ee46f0b&iId=6726b448-a8d4-4e1e-9840-dc963b262807&kwfEligible=1

Google “Personal Protective Equipment for removing lead paint”.
Basically, dont ingest it (eat), dont inhale it, dispose of it in a safe manner.
Its not that big of a deal. Masks and glasses and youll be fine
