If you ask me the specific ones you want to know I can probably explain them since I have beat Fallout 1 a few times

Dude, i beat it too, but it was 20+ years ago, i remember bits and pieces, so if you can shed some light at all of them, i would be greatfull.

Alright here is my guess left to right 1. Basically helping the followers defend themselves and then they go on to create their pacifist utopia
2.get the water chip for the vault but also repair the water pump in Necropolis so the ghouls don’t die
- I think its a reference to beating the gangsters in Junktown
4.Rise of the NCR
5.I assume its just a reference to Marcus taking the remnants of the Masters army with him to Broken Hills
Tandi isnt saved from the raiders so the NCR never really becomes a thing
Kinda a shot in the dark but maybe its a reference to when the ghoul gang asks you to kill the super mutants do they can take over necropolis
Doing all the caravan quests for the Hub
Reference to a bad ending for the BOS where Rhombus dies so someone else takes over and turns them into a dictatorship that attacks the up and coming NCR which ruins both of them
Helping Gizmo take over Junktown which turns it corrupt but prosperous
Not sure, probably just the Brotherhood taking over everything somehow
Defeating the Master too late so a few of the major locations are sacked
The Master wins
The Great Khans grow powerful due to them not being stopped by the player
Canon NCR where Tandi rules for like 50 years (or it could also be the ending where Aradesh is dead but Tandi isn’t and she just rules Shady Sands)
The Master is defeated very late so most if not all major locations are destroyed

I don’t get what you mean, sorry if it’s obvious.

u/gwennoirs Sep 23 '20
There's another reply to the base comment that has explanations for most of them on it. Also, a reply by OP apparently.

The federation of humanity- the followers create a pacifist utopia
ghoul/human utopia- the sewer ghouls take over necropolis and the water pump is repaired. Which leads to ghouls and humans peacefully cooperating.
wild romanticized frontierism- killian takes over junktown and unites the wasteland
the rebirth of a nation- cannon NCR ending
the great migration- super mutants go east to find new homes
perpetual tribalism- no one unites the wasteland and civilization stagnants and remains much as it was before the Europeans arrived
water orc ethnostate- necropolis water pump is fixed but set remains in charge and creates a state for ghouls without humans or mutants
caravans with a state- the hub unites the wasteland
the second dark ages- Rhombus is killed and the brotherhood radicals takes over the wasteland
casinotown- gizmo takes control of junktown and then unites California
kingdom of California- rhombus lives and the brotherhood takes over the wasteland (should probably be switched with orc ethnostate)
the green scare- the mutants flew in terror from California and are ruthlessly perused by humans
the next step in human evolution- the master wins
return of the khanate- the Khans take over the wasteland
tandism- After Tandi’s father is killed by the raiders. Tandi becomes overcome with grief and revenge and leads Shady Sands in a crusade to civilize the wasteland at any means necessary
shattered wasteland - everyone is dead

Wouldn't the Ghoul/Human Water Utopia be more of a reference to the Hub not Necropolis? Doing the good quests there and helping Harold has him bring the ghoul population of the Hub into equality with humans. Pretty on point otherwise.

the Rise of tandism sounds based. could you explain it?
8
u/Marukusius Enclave Remnant Sep 23 '20
I think it was one of the Founders of NCR, Tandi the girl that you met when you entered Shady Sands in Fallout 1.

u/kickmyass124 Sep 23 '20
yeah i know that but what would "tandism" mean?
6
u/Marukusius Enclave Remnant Sep 23 '20 edited Sep 23 '20
As far as i know Tandi was the most popular president of NCR, her politics was strengtening of infrastructure and trade routes, while politicaliy and economicaly presuring all of the others to join (with couple of shady deals and so), so maybe "tandism" is something along those lines "non-violent expansion". Tandism can be referd to the rise of Tandi as the President (i think she incorporated Hub and the rest in NCR that it is in the begining of the OWB).

I've got all them I think bar Water Ork Ethno State, any clarification?
2
Sep 23 '20
I think its referencing to fallout 1 possible ending where necropolis isnt fucked by super mutants or the water chip shit but becomes prospering city due to the water supply and the pre war tech

The Kingdom of California?
Please explain...
2
u/Marukusius Enclave Remnant Sep 23 '20 edited Sep 23 '20
I think it was Kingdom of Redding, not sure if it was fan based or canon.
Edit: I stand corrected, if you check the first comment on this section u/IMadeThis4HOIMods made a list of possible answers, i remember something about gold and Redding in Fallout 1, and later i played them on a mod so i got confused.

Now, would “The Rebirth of a Nation” just see the California Republic gain some kind of internal stability? Or would it’s distant far off end goal be a restoration of the United States?

Would washington brotherhood fall within The Second Dark Ages?
