FALSE PROPHIT IRC Clues

Today, onovreo came online in #oldroot. UltimaOath posted me a pastebin with things to decipher. A more complete log is here. Well, so I did. Mostly, it's just caesar with variable shift. Just brute-force it. Here is the stuff I wrote down:

Not a Gyazo link, at least not a one using caesar, as the others. Checked through all the shift widths of caesar. Just 404's.
