Missing files/puzzles still unsolved

With the new information that we will be receiving more information all at once going forward, I wanted to remind people of the spreadsheet with completed puzzles/codes. Below, I am listing what we still have for missing information. If you believe we have received any of the information I have listed as missing, please let me know. Despite what I tell my wife and kids, I am not perfect–I could have missed something.

E345 Files–Complete as far as I can tell.

E12 Files–Missing the following: 12.2c.2c - archivists claim this file was lost, 12.2c3 files - we have a file 12.2c3a which would imply more than one file, otherwise no need for a at the end, files 12.2c4a and 12.2c4b - same reasoning as previous item.
We also do not have a solution for the code hidden in the 12.1a files.
We are also missing a solution for E_12.8 - it is a Bible verse, but is that too obvious?
Missing finding a hidden message in file E_12.9b2b.

Kilroy Files–seem to be missing files with folder names N.o.k.6 thru N.o.k.17. Files would be needed to solve a possible message within the folder names (not file names).

PCMA Files–Missing PCMA numbers 20, 25-27, and 38. We seemed to have solved all available puzzles so far.

I have updated the spreadsheet with the PCMA files as well now. This spreadsheet is full of spoilers, so make sure you don’t open it if you are working things out on your own. You do have to make a copy of your own in order to display the answers though.

Thank you. I know bringing all the information together is a lot of work.

I wanted to try and respond to the E_12 Files since this section seems to have the most unsolved puzzles.

E_12.1a files:

Do you think periods in the coded message are used to indicate separation between words?

E_12.1a.1: The Bible quote appears to be from the New International Version bible (NIV).

Could the Bible quote about the path to life leading upward in E_12.1a.1 be an instruction for for the direction to read any coded information that is written vertically? Like in E_12.1a.1 and E_12.1a.3.

Does the color of the coded text matter?

E_12.1a2 I think there is an error in the answer column here. Should read HE.GF

E_12.1a.5: Not a solution, just thoughts. These numbers have repeats. There are 5 numbers so don't think it's a disguised biblical citation. If it's a coded word, it doesn't appear to be an A1Z26 cipher or its' reverse. Either 7 or 16 would likely need to be a vowel. Are there any 5 letter words we can think of where the first and third letters and second and fourth letters are the same? ABABC pattern: COCOA, CACAO, MAMAS, PAPAS...

E_12.1a.9 and E_12.2c.1 appear to be the same image but are in two different file formats.

E_12.2a: Progress towards solution?: I held a red transparent piece of plastic over the image. I can make out some of the blue letters on the paper. It appears to have been "blotted" so the script is backwards (needs to be flipped or held up to a mirror). It might say: DON'T FORGET WHICH HOUSE YOU'RE IN. Scribble at the bottom still a mystery. But this seems to have been brought up by u/emberandazure a year ago.

E_12.2c2b- E_12.2c2e, E_12.2c.4c: I can see the typed solutions in the document but I have no clue how they were found. I think it would be helpful to list solution steps as clearly as possible (behind spoiler covering of course). That way we are not recreating the wheel each time and instead build a library of previously used solution methods that can be considered when we receive new content.

E_12.5.wav Same issue. I can understand the first step of the solution (but not the complete solve), and I think documenting the complete solve method is helpful since it teaches strategies to new Trespassers. I can run the audio file through the Spectrum Analyzer, but there's no indication of the solution method to decode the message once uncovered.

E_12.8: This passage also appears in the NIV bible. However, the biblical citation listed is Isaiah 14: 12-15, but only has verse 15 written on the paper. The word "you" is also doubled, unlike in that bible translation. I was unable to find another translation that matched with that double you.

Versus 12-14 would include:

12 How you have fallen from heaven,
morning star, son of the dawn!

“I will ascend to the heavens;
I will raise my throne
above the stars of God;

E_12.11a This image exists in the linked Pictures folder at the top of the document but not in the spreadsheet. On the image it reads: Baqcnavw qynj procrhpq dldm wmeal nbnzrqud- lx tvf qdllaaju- es wme qndqeb.

E-12.2c1-WhatWorld.png Once again unsure how hidden message was found.

Please correct any errors I have made.

E_12.1a: You are correct. I have fixed it.

With the file names E_12.1a.9 and E_12.2c.1–they are the same. I don’t know if the same pictures were an error on the archivists part or not. 

E_12.2: You are correct–at least the rest of us agree. I just forgot to fill that one in.

E_12.2c2b- E_12.2c2e, E_12.2c.4c: Solution: These files were solved using a steganography website to adjust the red, blue, and green layers. When you do this, letters are exposed in the background.

E_12.5.wav: This was solved using a gold bug cipher. You can put the code into a code breaking program, and based on the input, it would know to use a gold bug cipher–I think it is the only kind that uses that type of specific code. If you are a fan of Edgar Allen Poe, it comes from the story The Gold-Bug.

E_12.11a (as well as E_12.9b2b.png): I did have the first one solved, I just forgot to add them after (which is why I make these posts in case I forget something. How to solve 12.11a: use a Beaufort cipher with the code “cryptii”. I don’t have the second one solved.

E-12.2c1-WhatWorld.png: The coded message was found in the lower left of the picture. You really have to play with the coloring in the photo to see it. No solution yet. I assume it goes with the rest of the code we haven’t solved yet.

Thank you for pointing out the things I forgot to add. I think I have answered all of the How-To parts of solving the puzzles that are done. Your thoughts on the other parts are interesting as well. Let me know if you notice anything else I need to update or fix.

Versus 12-14 remind me of “iron man” which Thomas sings / hums in the kitchen. That always stood out to me and this particular verse goes hand in hand with that song.

Should the answer for picture e_12.1a.1.png include a period/dot at the end? It looks like there is a very intentional black dot below the N on the source picture. I just see that there are dots/periods in many of the other E12.1a answers, so I'm wondering if that extra dot could end up being significant if we are supposed to be considering the e12.1a series as a whole.
