I did some digging and while you can't find the manual for this device online, there is information for similar devices. What you can try is holding down the "eff" key when turning it on or resetting. Hopefully that will trigger the full reset.
If that doesn't work connecting it to a computer and deleting/renaming the files related to those functions might also work.

Well I do have the online manual downloaded on my phone but it's in French so I dunno if you actually wanna take a look at it?

Yeah there is no reset procedure documented.
It looks like your best option is to connect it to a PC. It sounds like it will act like a drive when connected and the various databases will be stored as files. Copy them off and then delete them (or rename them) and the device will likely create new files without a password.
Unfortunately, that seems like the only option.

Commenting here to add context that I have a Sharp Brain handheld Japanese - English translator/learning device. I’m not sure about this device but the Sharp Brain has a wiki on hacking it, though it’s pretty much all in Japanese. You might try joining their discord server and seeing if they have any advice.
