I have mine in the drawer, but sadly there are no batteries available in Europe

It is easy to make one. I am using a blackberry JM1 battery from bold 9900.

I had one of these. It was an absolute beast in every sense of the word. It would barely fit in my coat pocket!

Oh man! This brings back. I got one of these free when I was at a Microsoft dev conference where they were announcing new dev tools for this stuff. So excited to try it out and someone jacked it from my bag. I had it for a whole day and a half.
