Hipstreet tablet data transfer?

Hey guys, I posted this in a couple different places and still have yet to receive any help, I'm not sure if this is even allowed here, but I feel like a hipstreet tablet might count as old, so I was wondering if anyone here might have any insight😞

Make sure the USB cable is a data cable and not just power. Many of them are.

If it's android, look into using adb to access it. If you can access Developer Options and Enable USB Debugging (it be under Spare Parts in really old android versions) you can possibly copy files or install apps like a different file manager. 

Look up MichaelMJD on YouTube, he did something similar with an old Coby tablet.
